How I Work

Projects succeed when strategy, creativity, and collaboration are clear before decisions lock in. I bring focus at critical moments, helping teams refine direction and strengthen execution at key moments — aligning vision, building confidence with funders and stakeholders, guiding creative development, and supporting delivery so ambitious ideas come together with purpose and impact.


My Team

While I lead each engagement, I work closely with a small, trusted team of associates who regularly contribute to Digital Vic projects. Caitlin, Katie, and Audrey support different aspects of our work — from research and coordination to creative and production support — allowing us to scale thoughtfully while maintaining a high level of care, continuity, and quality across projects. This structure ensures clients have a clear point of leadership, while benefiting from the depth and reliability of a collaborative team.


What I’m Brought In For

I’m typically engaged when immersive projects reach moments that require clarity, alignment, or experienced guidance — often before key decisions are locked in, or when complexity begins to scale. My work most often focuses on the following areas:

  • Helping shape the overall direction of an experience — from narrative intent and audience outcomes to scope and feasibility — so creative ambition is clear, grounded, and shared.

    Result: stronger alignment early, fewer downstream pivots, and more confident decision-making.

  • Guiding development across story, space, and technology, working closely with directors, designers and the production team to keep the experience cohesive as it evolves.

    Result: ambitious ideas stay intact while remaining achievable through production.

  • Supporting teams through delivery by helping structure collaborations, clarify roles, and navigate complexity across stakeholders and creative partners.

    Result: smoother collaboration, clearer ownership, and more resilient execution.

  • Providing 1:1 coaching for creative decision-makers, with support that may include grant-writing guidance, pitch development, targeted workshops, and advisory engagement for teams developing immersive concepts, exhibitions, or workforce development programs.

    Result: shared understanding, practical frameworks, and confident next steps.
