In 2021 and 2023, Victoria serves as the Strategic Initiatives and Program Lead for Interactive Ontario, a not-for-profit trade association formed by and for the interactive digital media industry.

IO proudly represents Ontario’s interactive digital media community, from SMEs to multinational corporations, who produce and export video games, extended reality applications (VR, AR, MR), eLearning content, and other innovative interactive digital entertainment and edutainment applications. IO is dedicated to the economic and creative growth of the Interactive Digital Media (IDM) industry in Ontario.

Through Victoria’s quality proposals and grant applications, IO has secured several funding awards, where Victoria develops and lead programs such as the Black Youth Action Plan and Career Fair in 2021 and 2023. She also programmed and led the IDM Fund Futures 2021 Workshop Program and contributed as a mentor to the program participants.

In 2021, Victoria steered the Foundations for Success (FFS) project funded by Telefilm Canada/CMF and Ontario Creates. This was an important initiative to help IO connect with industry stakeholders and techno-creative leaders in the IDM sector in a meaningful way. Her outreach led to meetings with over 100 industry leaders and stakeholders; she analyzed the results of the interviews; produced a report of main findings; developed and designed program recommendations; built strategic initiatives and corresponding budgets for IO in the following year.

Victoria represents IO in the public arena and at key industry events where she leads discussions with management, the board, and advisory committees. On behalf of IO, she conducts presentations to the members of the community as well as to the funders, stakeholders and several key ministry representatives.

Artscape Daniels Launchpad is a first-of-its-kind centre for creative entrepreneurship offering emerging and established artists, designers and creators in the Toronto Region the opportunity to succeed. Through one-stop access to creative entrepreneurship programs, coaching and mentorship, and a supportive community providing opportunities for connection and collaboration.

Victoria joined Artscape Daniels Launchpad’s team in 2023 to contribute as a Senior Advisor for the Creative Catalyst Program. Her responsibilities include: strategic initiatives, content design, programming support, workshop delivery, panel facilitation, mentorship support, and industry stakeholder outreach.
